Qualifications

I have been a member in good standing of the Florida Bar since 1993 (Member 972517) and am licensed to practice law in the state of Florida. I am admitted and qualified to practice in the United States Middle District Court of Florida. I am also a member of the Florida Bar's Real Property Probate and Trust Law special sections, and I am currently serving as a member of the Grievance Committee for the Seventh Judicial Circuit. My practice consists primarily of personal injury, workers' compensation, elder law, probate, bankruptcy, and insurance law cases. I have experience both as a defense attorney for large insurance companies and as a plaintiff's attorney representing consumers and individuals. My practice has been focused in Volusia, Flagler and St. Johns counties, though I do handle some cases outside of the area.
